Charlotte Ball Charlotte Ball
has spent most of her life playing piano for church services, accompanying choirs, quartets, ensembles, soloists, etc. Charlotte is the President of Gospel Quartet Society and accompanies G.Q.S., which concentrates on Southern Gospel quartet music and sings in retirement homes, churches, etc. As a founding member of Jericho Quartet of Southern California, she served as their pianist for seven years until forming EVIDENCE. Her versatility of style is a great asset to Evidence. Charlotte, who lives in Yorba Linda, also teaches piano through several local schools, which allows her to pass this gifting along to generations to come.

Brenda Coogan Brenda Coogan
has been singing Gospel music since the age of three. Always with a song in her heart and on her lips, Brenda has gained musical ability from a variety of different experiences including singing in several large and small groups, leading a youth choir, leading worship, and performing in live musical theater. Her theatrical roles have included Dolly (Hello Dolly), Mae Peterson (Bye, Bye, Birdie), Mrs. Paroo (Music Man) and Mrs. Potts (Beauty and the Beast). Brenda, who resides in Yorba Linda, is particularly thrilled to have the opportunity to sing in another group with her husband, Gordon, and to have her mom, Charlotte, accompanying her once again. You'll see Brenda grinning the biggest whenever she's in the presence of her 3 grandchildren, Dalton, Paige and Presley.

Gordon Coogan Gordon Coogan
has had a love for singing and music from an early age. His first singing experience beyond the shower was as a member of his 6th grade choir (despite his mother's impassioned and embarrassing pleas to the director and principal to let him in early when he was a mere 5th grader). From the 6th grade through three years of college, Gordon never spent a year outside of choral music, musical theater, and small group singing, eventually singing lead for two years in a college quartet. Though Gordon was always attracted to the sounds of Gospel music, the message of it never truly reached him until he committed his life to Jesus Christ at the age of 30. Since then, Gordon's musical endeavors have been blessed in ways he never imagined. The Lord has allowed him to direct several choral groups, appear on stage in numerous lead roles in musicals, and serve as worship leader for several local ministries.

Ellis D. Phillips Ellis D. Phillips
has been singing Gospel music practically as long as he can remember. His mother played the piano for church services and various groups throughout her adult life, so Ellis was exposed to Gospel music from early childhood. He accepted Christ at the age of seven and soon started singing in church, beginning a lifetime of sharing his faith through music. As a teenager, he sang with the Gospel Tune Teens - the first of many quartets and ensembles. Ellis' dedication and commitment to the group is "evidenced" by his drive to Orange County from Running Springs each week for practice. His greatest joy is to praise the Lord in song and to encourage others to do the same.
